Processing methods and security
Processing is carried out using IT tools with appropriate technical/organizational measures (encryption in transit, profiled access, backups, security logs).
Suppliers/Managers
Shopify platform (hosting and e-commerce features), payment gateways (cards, PayPal, Klarna), email/SMS providers (e.g., Shopify Email), and couriers. These entities operate as independent processors or controllers. An updated list is available upon request.
Shopify Network Intelligence
To improve store-related services (e.g., Shopify Email, Shop App, Search & Discovery), Shopify may process aggregated and anonymous user behavioral data (browsing/purchasing) from multiple stores. This data is not shared with other merchants and is used for product suggestions, recommendations, and analytics in compliance with the GDPR. You can object where applicable by contacting us.
Place of processing and transfers outside the EU
The data is processed in the EU/EEA and, when necessary, transferred to third countries in compliance with Articles 44–49 GDPR (adequacy decisions, SCC/Standard Contractual Clauses, supplementary measures).
Retention period

Orders and tax documents: up to 10 years.

Customer account: until deletion is requested.

Support: up to 24 months, barring disputes.

Communication of data to third parties
Couriers, payment providers, e-commerce platforms, marketing/analytics tools, consultants, authorities. Only what is necessary for the purpose.

Minors
The site is not intended for children under 14. For children 14–18, marketing consent requires parental/guardian involvement where applicable.

Any updates will be published with a new date. For changes in purpose or legal basis, we will request new consent when necessary.
