Times
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders received over the weekend are processed the following Monday. Delays may be caused by external factors (seasonal peaks, weather conditions, strikes, remote areas).

Costs and thresholds – Italy:

• €5.50 for orders < €69.99

• Free for orders ≥ €69.99

Tracking and delivery
We'll send tracking information when available. If you're not available, the courier will retry or drop off the package at a branch/pickup point.

Incorrect/incomplete address
Delays or additional return costs may be charged to the Customer.

Check integrity
Check the package upon delivery and, if damaged/tampered with, accept it "with reservation" and contact us promptly.
