Definitions
“Seller”: IQUONIQUE. “Customer”: consumer or professional who purchases on the site. “Site”: the IQUONIQUE online store on the Shopify platform.

Object
Distance selling of women's clothing and accessories, according to these conditions.

Registration and account
Creating an account is optional. You maintain your credentials and are responsible for any activities that occur under your account.

Prices and availability
Prices in euros, VAT included unless otherwise indicated. Dynamic availability: adding an item to your cart does not constitute a reservation.

Payments
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna (3 installments or "pay in 30 days"). By choosing Klarna or deferred payments, the supplier can perform checks and process the data as an independent controller according to their own terms and privacy policy.

Conclusion of the contract
The order submitted by the Customer constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is finalized with the order confirmation email.

Shipping and delivery
See the "Shipping Information" section. Risk and ownership pass to the Customer upon delivery.

Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. See "Returns and Refunds Policy."

Legal guarantee
For consumers, it is 24 months from delivery (Consumer Code). For professionals, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.

Limitation of Liability
Except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Seller is not liable for indirect damages or damages caused by force majeure/third party services.

Law and forum
Italian law. Consumer jurisdiction; for professionals, the exclusive jurisdiction is Sassari.

Complaints: hello@iquonique.com. Access to EU ADR/ODR platforms where applicable.

Changes
The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.
