Right of withdrawal (consumer)
You have 14 days from delivery to return an order without penalty and without having to provide a reason. To return an order, send a communication (email or WhatsApp) to hello@iquonique.com or +39 349 703 6770, indicating the order number, items, and your intention to return the order.
Return
From the moment you communicate your withdrawal, you have 14 days to independently ship the products to: Via Budapest 31/B, Sassari (SS), CAP 07100. Include the order/return number in the package and use a tracked shipment.
Practical instructions
Print and fill out the return form correctly by following these steps:
Condition of the products
Items must be intact, unused beyond normal testing (such as in-store), complete with tags, accessories, and original packaging. The customer is responsible for any decrease in value due to unnecessary handling.
Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any surcharges for remote areas are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
We will refund payments received for the returned products, including the standard delivery costs of the order (if applicable), within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until we receive the goods or provide proof of shipment. Additional costs resulting from non-standard delivery options will not be refunded.

On the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions to withdrawal
Personalized items; sealed goods that are not returnable for hygiene reasons and have been opened (e.g., underwear/swimwear, if applicable); goods at risk of deterioration; services already performed with express consent.
Defective/non-compliant products
The legal guarantee remains unchanged: in the event of a lack of conformity, contact us for repair/replacement or remedies provided by law.

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders received over the weekend are processed the following Monday. Delays may be caused by external factors (seasonal peaks, weather conditions, strikes, remote areas).
