Yes! Go to "MY ACCOUNT" → Click "VIEW ADDRESSES" → Edit → Enter new data and save.

In this case we will try to do our best by updating the courier with the new data. Therefore, please provide us with the correct address as soon as possible.

Shipping

Currently, IQUONIQUE achieves: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

Shipments to Italy take 24/48h; For Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherland, Germany it takes 2/3 working days; For Denmark, Slovenia, France, it takes 2/5 working days; For Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Spain it takes 2/5 working days; For Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden it takes 3/5 working days.

Through the customer service, you can provide us with all the data relating to the shipment: Name, Surname, Address and shipment number. We will contact the courier for more detailed information about it. Finally, you will receive updates on your shipment.

Orders

The following payment method are available for online purchases:

All major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Maestro);
Apple Pay;
Google Pay;
PayPal.

Immediately after making the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. If for any reason this doesn't happen, check your junk mail.

The discount code must be applied at checkout in the "DISCOUNT CODE" section. Remember to enter the code correctly and click on "APPLY" to receive the discount.

Once you have placed your order you will receive the tracking code via email with which you can track your shipment on the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" page.

Some items are replenished periodically, if your size is no longer available enter your email in the "KEEP ME UPDATED" field to be informed about the restock of the item you are interested in.

Returns

Return costs are borne by the customer, we cover the return costs only in case of wrong item or damaged item.

To return an item correctly go to "RETURNS" page and follow the steps indicated.

The refund will be made within 10 working days from the moment the returned item arrives at our warehouse.

If the item received is incorrect, go to returns page and follow the steps indicated, print the return form and fill it out correctly by entering the right return reason code, then enter it inside the package to allow us to process the return.
