Tracking my order it shows as delivered but I still haven't received my package. What should I do?
 
Through the customer service, you can provide us with all the data relating to the shipment:Name, surname, address and shipment number. We will contact the courier for more detailed information about it. Finally, you will receive updates on your shipment.
With which payment method can I place my order?

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Are stock items restocked?
 
Some items are replenished periodically, if your size is no longer available enter your email in the "keep me updated" field to be informed about the restock of the item you are interested in.
Is the return free?
 
Return costs are borne by the customer, we cover the return costs only in case of wrong item or damaged item.
How can I return my items?
 
To return an item correctly go to the “Returns” page and follow the steps indicated.
How soon will I get the refund?
 
The refund will be made within 10 working days from the moment the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
What should I do if the wrong item arrives?
 
If the item received is incorrect, go to the returns page and follow the steps indicated, print the return form and fill it out correctly by entering the right return reason code, then enter it inside the package to allow us to process the return.
Can I exchange an item that I have purchased?
 
No, unfortunately we do not offer this option at the moment.
