RETURNS

If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 days returns policy, products must be returned in good condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging. Please note that no return will be accepted if the product has been used, damaged or is not in the original packaging. We also cannot accept returns for some specific products, such as products purchased on sale.

Print and correctly fill out the return form!

Fill out the form correctly through the following steps:

  • Indicate for each product the reason for the return using the code indicated under the title "REASON FOR RETURN"
  • Insert this completed return form in the package, together with the products you want to return

Remember that the refund will take place following evaluation of the status of the return. Returned products must be intact, unused and in the original packaging. If your return is accepted following checks, we will refund the cost of the items returned within 10 days of arrival in the warehouse. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Furthermore shipping costs to return items must be paid by the customer.
